Aformation manufactures a large number of industrial products, due to the large capacity of our machines. With our experience we can help to provide a cost effective solution for a wide variety of mouldings, by utilising split tooling, moulding in two or more part's and by using specially formulated adhesives we are not restricted to the traditional profiles of vacuum formed products.

Thin or thick gauge materials can be used from 0.5 to 8mm, we specialise in the use of high quality materials such as HIPS (High Impact Polystyrene), ABS, exterior grade UV stable and fire retardant thermoplastics.

Advantages of Vacuum Forming

There are many advantages of vacuum forming, the most obvious being how cost effective this solution is over other moulding process' such as injection moulding. With smaller outlays and fast setup of tooling, vacuum forming is by far the more versatile moulding medium.
Orders can be moulded quickly allowing short lead times and are manufactured to a high quality in a wide variety of colours and plastics.
