Aformation Ltd specialises in project management, design, development, fabrication and assembly of vacuum formed mouldings. With over 20 years experience in the industry we have the knowledge necessary to develop products from the concept stage through to final production. In most cases we have taken ownership of a project in the design stages, offering our clients our expertise on material selection, mould design and moulding technique.

Specialising in large batch moulding due to the large capacity of our machines we pride our selves that no job is too big. We provide a range of tooling services from traditional hand made wooden tools and hand laid GRP to full 5 axis CNC machined moulds or models. Our in house CNC machining service allows us to offer services to a wide range of industries.

Product Design & CAD/CAM

Aformation is always investing in the latest technology with our new state of the art 5 axis CNC machining centre with automatic tool change for mould, die and part machining to our state of the art CAD/CAM software. We offer a complete range of services from product design at the concept stage right through to full production.

Our customers benefit from our wealth of knowledge as well as our flexibility to get involved in value added services such as fabrication, prototyping, component machining, assembley and distribution.

Running 2010 versions of Solidworks and Solidcam we can handle electronic data in a wide range of formats.
